Chubb postpones general assembly on lack of quorum

Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. had to postpone its annual general assembly meeting on Tuesday due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the regulatory approvals, it added.
