Petrochem stock see a negotiated deal on Monday

National Petrochemical Co. (Petrochem) saw a negotiated deal on its stock today, where about 104,500 shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 28.00 per share against an official price of SAR 27.00.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
