Tadawul sets fluctuation limit for Arriyadh Development

Arriyadh Development Co.’s (ARDCO) fluctuation limit for its capital increase will be based on a share price of SAR 16.40, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement on Sunday.

 

The additional shares will be deposited into investor's portfolios on May 7, it added.

 

The real estate developer’s extraordinary general assembly approved a 33.33 percent capital hike to SAR 1.33 billion from SAR 1.78 billion through the issue bonus shares, Argaam reported.
