Anaam International Holding Group posted a net loss of SAR 12.8 million in the first six months of 2025, against earnings of SAR 4.1 million in the year-earlier period.

Revenue declined in H1 2025 due to a 35% fall in revenue from Saudi Wasit Factory for Entertainment and Beauty Systems Co. This came in tandem with a 100% tumble in rental income from each of Al-Khumra land and Hayat Al Fursan Hotel.

 

It is worth noting that H1 2024 included gains from the revaluation of investment properties.

The company widened Q2 2025 losses to SAR 6.6 million, from SAR 430,000 in Q2 2024 and SAR 6.2 million in Q1 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, stood at SAR 254.38 million as of June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 290.23 million a year earlier.

 

Accumulated losses reached SAR 60.61 million, representing 19% of capital, as of June 30, 2025.
