SAL revenues for the current period amounted to SAR 778 million, marking a 9% decrease compared to SAR 858 million for the same period last year. This decline is mainly driven by lower logistics division revenue due to scheduling discrepancies in project activity, as the company continued to focus on strengthening its core capabilities and laying the foundation for sustainable long-term growth in this division.
The handling division's revenue also contributed to the top-line decline, as it decreased year-on-year (YoY). This was due to handling levels normalization after hitting an exceptional high-volume base in Q1 2024, which was caused by supply chain disruptions in the Red Sea.
