The company’s return into profitability was attributed to higher revenues in the six-month period year-on-year (YoY), driven by an increase in executed projects and expansion in contracting and infrastructure agreements.
Revenues grew from SAR 38.1 million in H1 2024 to SAR 74.7 million in H1 2025, an increase of nearly 96%. This was mainly spurred by new contracts, in addition to improved execution efficiency and higher capacity in ongoing projects, which boosted revenue growth and enhanced operating performance compared to the previous period.
H1 2025 profit plunged 93% from SAR 17.21 million in H2 2024.
Shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 146.18 million as of June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 128.02 million in the same period last year.
On Feb. 20, the company signed a contract with the National Water Co., with the financial impact expected during H1 2025 through 2027.
