General and administrative expenses rose during the six-month period, although operating performance continued to improve on higher revenue.
Total profit increased 9% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 31.6 million, while operating profit edged up 3% to SAR 16.9 million from SAR 16.5 million in H1 2024.
Financing costs fell to SAR 578,000 from SAR 1.5 million a year earlier on reduced borrowings.
On a semi-annual basis, net earnings remained unchanged at SAR 16.32 million.
Total shareholders’ equity, with no minority interest, stood at SAR 146.23 million by June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 102.75 million a year earlier.
