Dome's H1 2024/25 net profit rises 12% to SAR 7M

Dome International for Investment Co. (in the process of listing on the Nomu) posted a 12% rise in net profit to SAR 7 million by the end of the first half of 2024/25, which concluded in January, compared to SAR 6.3 million during the similar period of the previous year.

The rise in H1 profits year-on-year (YoY) was driven by a 3.3% increase in revenue to SAR 38.9 million, compared to SAR 37.6 million during the same period last year. This came thanks to a 10% increase in net tuition revenue, offset by a decrease in sales of books and uniforms and lower activity and course revenues.

 

The company's gross profit margin stabilized YoY at 34%, while operating profit margin remained unchanged at 21%.

 

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) increased to SAR 12 million, compared to SAR 11.5 million for the comparable period.

 

Total shareholders' equity, no minority interest, amounted to SAR 67.48 million as of January 2025, compared to SAR 62.67 million at the end of the same period of the previous year.
