The annual profit decline was mainly due to higher financing costs related to lease obligations and lower finance income. Additionally, the company incurred losses from an associate in 9M 2025, compared to a profit share from the same associate in the prior-year period.
This came despite a 4.3% year-on-year (YoY) topline increase to SAR 1.77 billion, driven by higher revenue from in-flight catering and business lounge services.

The third quarter of 2024 had also included a non-recurring gain of SAR 8.6 million from the reversal of a provision for expected credit losses.
On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, however, the bottom line expanded by 48.4% from SAR 65.39 million in Q2 2025.
Total shareholders' equity, with no minority interest, climbed to SAR 1.49 billion as of Sept. 30, 2025, from SAR 1.35 billion a year earlier.
