Natural Gas Distribution Co. (NGDC) reported a 51% rise in its H1 2025 net earnings to SAR 2.2 million compared with SAR 1.5 million a year earlier.

The profit growth was primarily driven by higher natural gas revenues, supported by a 23% increase in the price of gas supplied by Saudi Aramco and a 17% rise in customer consumption, compared to the year-ago period.
Sequentially, however, the six-month profit declined 60.9% compared to SAR 5.75 million in H2 2024.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, increased to SAR 59.01 million by the end of H1 2025, from SAR 57.08 million a year earlier.
