Obeikan Glass Co. posted a net profit of SAR 18.9 million in H1 2025, compared with SAR 23.1 million in the prior-year period.

The company attributed the lower profit to an increase in raw material prices, as well as general and administrative expenses.

 

This was offset by higher revenues during the six-month period, thanks to a rise in average product selling prices.

In Q2 2025, net earnings grew by 1.9% to SAR 12.7 million, from SAR 12.4 million in the year-earlier period on higher revenues.

 

On a quarterly basis, the glass manufacturer’s net earnings more than doubled from SAR 6.1 million.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, came in at SAR 555.18 million as of June 30, 2025, down from SAR 564.68 million a year earlier.
