Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development Co. (Al Hokair Group) said its net profit for the 2015 fiscal year fell 3.4 percent  year-on-year (YOY) to SAR 189.8 million on pre-operating expenses related to the opening of new hotels and higher general and administrative costs.
