Ataa Educational Co. posted a 22% rise in net profit to SAR 54.3 million for the nine-month period ended April 30, 2025, from SAR 44.4 million in the prior-year period.

The profit growth was due to higher revenue from the education segment, as well as achieving non-recurring revenue and improved operational efficiency.

The third-quarter net profit increased by 27.3% to SAR 13.8 million from SAR 10.9 million in Q3 2023/24, thanks to a 4% year-on-year (YoY) rise in revenue from the education segment, despite a decline in government grants and subsidies.

 

Shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, reached SAR 802.99 million by the end of the nine-month period, compared to SAR 784.88 million a year earlier.
