The annual profit growth was attributed to a 13% increase in the number of students enrolled in the company's schools to amount to 31,900 by H1 2024/25-end, from 28,200 students in the year before.

Additionally, at the onset of the 2024/25 academic year, the company opened four new affiliated educational complexes in Riyadh, namely Tarbyh Namouthajiyah Schools (TNS) in Qurtuba and Al-Nargis districts; the National School in Hetteen; and Model Education International Academy (MEIA) - Al Qairawan.

This came despite the increased marketing expenses in the six-month period, given the change in the company's fiscal year-end to July 31, instead of Aug. 31, since most of these expenses are typically incurred during July and August of each FY.

In Q2 2024/25, the company’s net profit grew 18% to SAR 40.1 million, from SAR 34 million in the same period a year ago.

On a quarterly basis, the bottom line surged by 5.2% from SAR 38.11 million in Q1 2024/25.
