The year-on-year (YoY) earnings decrease was primarily due to lower average selling prices of cement, higher cost of revenues, and increased selling and marketing expenses. This is along with weaker dividend income and Murabaha returns, elevated other expenses, reduced gains from revaluation of investments measured at fair value through profit or loss, and a rise in Zakat expense.
These factors were partially offset by higher revenues, supported by an increase in cement sales volumes as well as higher value and volume of precast concrete sales.

In the third quarter of 2025, net profit reached SAR 36 million, down 29.4% from SAR 50 million in Q3 2024.
This came amid weaker average selling prices of cement, higher cost of revenues, increased general and administrative expenses, and higher other expenses.
Sequentially, profits also decreased from SAR 63 million in Q2 2025, reflecting lower revenues due to a decline in cement sales value, lower average selling prices, higher cost of revenues, and an increase in general, administrative, and other expenses.
Shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 2.28 billion by Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 2.43 billion a year ago.
