The earnings growth was mainly driven by lower operating and financing costs, offsetting a 2% year-on-year (YoY) decline in revenue due to weaker solar energy segment sales.
Excluding capital gains, net profit rose 135% YoY, as the prior-year period included SAR 47.7 million in gains from the sale of investment properties.

The third quarter net profit skyrocketed 190.3% to SAR 127.3 million, from SAR 43.85 million in Q3 2024, supported by lower operating and financing expenses despite a 1% dip in revenue.
Sequentially, earnings rose 30.2%, driven by a 13% increase in revenue, which resulted from stronger sales in the towers and steel structures segment and improved performance in the lighting poles and fixtures division.
Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, stood at SAR 1.23 billion at the end of Sept. 30, 2025, up from SAR 1.02 billion in the year-earlier period.
