Makkah Construction and Development Co. (MCDC) reported a net profit of SAR 380 million in 9M 2025, an increase of 16.9% from SAR 325 million in the year-earlier period.

The company’s revenue rose 34.1% to SAR 908 million in the first nine months of 2025, compared to SAR 677 million in 9M 2024. This increase was driven by higher revenues from the Hajj segment, growth in mall income, and improved performance of the hotel and towers.

 

In addition, the developer registered higher net income from the mall, hotel and towers, as well as a share of profit from an associate.

Q3 2025 net profit grew 23.2% to SAR 85 million from SAR 69 million in the year-earlier period.

 

On a quarterly basis, net earnings fell 41% from SAR 144 million in Q2 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, fell to SAR 4.09 billion by Sept. 30, 2025, from SAR 4.41 billion in the prior-year period.
