The rise in profit was attributed to a 22.8% year-on-year (YoY) rise in total revenues, totaling SAR 283 million.
This was primarily due to a 214% YoY increase in property sales revenues, amounting to SAR 404 million, from divestment of non-core land and higher off-plan sales, and a 9% YoY rise in property rental income, amounting to SAR 22 million, from higher occupancy rates and average rental prices.
Gross profit from property sales rose 350% YoY to SAR 215 million, while gross profit from rentals increased 14% to SAR 18 million.
These gains offset a 15% decline in infrastructure project revenues.
