Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund will pay a 2% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 0.2 per unit, amounting to SAR 13.2 million, fund manager Jadwa Investment said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 1.85% from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
Jadwa Investment added that based on the current situation of the hospitality market in Makkah, it decided to withhold some of cash from operations to address any emergencies in accordance with the funds dividend distribution policy.
