Umm Al-Qura Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on a board recommendation to distribute a 2.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.25 a share, amounting to SAR 13.7 million for H2 2019, during the general assembly meeting to be held on April 6, 2020.
The company said in a bourse statement that the payment date will be announced later.
Moreover, shareholders will vote on the board’s report, financial statements, and auditor’s report for FY2019, apart from the vote to discharge the board members from liability for the same FY.
The general assembly will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for FY 2020, in addition to appointing an auditor for FY2020 and Q1 2021.
