Mulkia Gulf REIT plans 1% dividend for Q4 2020

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund will pay a 1% cash dividend for the three-month period from Oct. 1, 2020 until Dec. 31, 2020, at SAR 0.10 per unit, totaling SAR 6.8 million, the fund manager Mulkia Investment Co. said in a bourse filing on Monday.

 

The dividend represents 1.02% of the fund's net asset value (NAV) based on fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2020, the statement added.
