Kingdom Holding plans 2.8% cash dividend for 2022

Kingdom Holding Co.'s board of directors, in a meeting held on Feb. 26, recommended the distribution of cash dividend for 2022.

 

It will be financed from retained earnings, at 0.28 per share, or 2.8% of the stock par value, amounting to SAR 1.0376 billion, according to a bourse filing.
