Alkhabeer REIT distributes 1.05% cash dividend for Q1 2024

Alkhabeer Capital announced paying a cash dividend of 1.05%, or SAR 0.105 per unit, to Alkhabeer REIT Fund’s unitholders for the period from Jan. 1 to March 31, 2024, as follows:
