In November 2023, Alujain Corp. completed the share swap deal with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) for 9.06 million shares of Alujain. Therefore, Alujain acquired GOSI’s stake in National Petrochemical Industrial Co. (NATPET). Accordingly, GOSI’s ownership in the company reached 11.88% in December 2023.

 

Alujain has recently announced signing an agreement to sell 35% of NATPET to Basell International Holdings B.V. for SAR 1.87 billion.
