US rig count falls 7 units last week: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count declined seven units to 598 in the week ended Aug. 6, General Electric Co.’s Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report on Friday.

 

Meanwhile, the gas rig count increased four units to 161 in the week.
