US drillers increase oil rigs for third week in a row: Baker Hughes

US energy firms this week raised the number of oil rigs operating for a third week in a row, energy services firm Baker Hughes said in its closely followed report on Friday.

 

The oil rig count rose by two to 416 in the week ended Sept. 12.

 

On the other hand, the natural gas rigs remained unchanged at 118.
