Al Mashaar REIT Fund posts SAR 24 mln profit in FY19

Al Mashaar REIT Fund’s net profit stood at SAR 24.4 million for the fiscal year 2019, Muscat Capital said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

Net Asset Value (NAV) reached SAR 576.8 million, while per unit value hit SAR 10.08.

The fund reported SAR 14.50 million in total expenses and fees.

 

The total number of units in issue hit 57.2 million for the same period, with the total return standing at 4.32%, the statement added.
