Farm Superstores elects new board of directors

Shareholders of Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) elected on March 19 a new board of directors for the next three-year term starting March 21, 2020, the company said in a bourse filling on Sunday.

 

Hazem Al-Aswad was reelected as the board chairman. Maher Hazem Al-Aswad was also reappointed as vice chairman and managing director.

 

The board of directors also comprised Tarek Al-Aswad, Mohammed Al-Aswad, Ayham Al-Youssef, Abdul Qader Al-Namri and Talal Al-Ghalib.

 

The shareholders also approved forming the audit committee for the new term, the statement added.
