Saudi Enaya appoints new board member

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Saudi Enaya) board of directors appointed Khaled Abdulla Almass as a non-executive board member representing National Health Insurance Company – Daman, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

His appointment will be effective from today, April 7 until March 7, 2021.

 

Khaled Almass replaces Michael Bitzer, who resigned earlier.

 

The new appointment is pending the general assembly’s approval, the company added.

 

Khaled Almass holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Marylhurst University from USA, and he is the vice president of the National Health Insurance Company - Daman and a board member in Inhealth and TAQA.
