Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co.’s shareholders will adopt electronic voting as of April 24 on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting to be held on April 28, 2020, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Shareholders will be able to participate and vote on the general assembly meeting’s agenda items through Tadawulaty services offered by the Securities Depository Center Co. They will also vote on the board report for the same period, discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2019, as well as appointing an external auditor for FY2020 and Q1 2021.

Meanwhile, shareholders will vote on board of directors’ remuneration of SAR 1 million for 2019 and corporate governance regulations.
