Bank Aljazira to pay H2 2019 dividend on May 5

Bank Aljazira said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2019 on May 5, 2020.

Shareholders of record on April 15, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

The bank’s shareholders approved, on April 16, the board’s recommendation to distribute a 3% cash dividend, or SAR 0.3 per share, for H2 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
