Alkhodari shareholders disapprove board's proposal to replace auditor

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company's (Alkhodari) shareholders disapproved the board's recommendation to replace the company’s auditor, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 4, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

Consequently, appointing a new auditor to audit the company’s financial for FY2018, FY2019 and Q1 2020 was also rejected.
