Saudi Portfolio Securities delicensed by CMA

The Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) Board of Commissioners issued its resolution to cancel the license granted to Saudi Portfolio Securities Company to conduct arranging and advising activities.

 

According to a bourse statement, this was due to not fulfilling fit and proper requirements to carry out securities business.
