Arabian Centres appoints new board member

Arabian Centres Co.’s board of directors appointed Ahmed Demerdash Badrawi as a non-executive board member, effective from July 15, 2020, until June 18, 2022.

 

The new appointment is pending the general assembly’s approval, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Badrawi holds a law degree from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London and has an experience of over 15 years in the fields of real estate and law.

 

He is currently the vice chairman of Marakez Egypt, the Egyptian arm of Saudi Arabia’s Fawaz Al Hokair Group, and was also the CEO of SODIC, one of Egypt’s largest publicly listed real estate companies.
