Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s rights trading period ends today, July 27, 2020.
Rights trading started on July 20, to increase the company’s capital from SAR 75 million to SAR 175 million, through a rights issue of 10 million shares at SAR 10 per share.
Rights issue subscription period, which also started on July 20, will end on August 6, 2020.
Rights holders are entitled to subscribe to the new shares partially or fully pro rata. The remaining shares will be reoffered to institutional investors.
