Amana Insurance to provide medical insurance to Seder Group staff

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. awarded on June 28, 2020 a contract to provide health insurance services to the staff of Seder Group Trading & Contracting Co. and their families, it said in a bourse filing today.

 

Amana started providing its services to Seder Group as of July 10, 2020 which will extend for one year.

 

The company expects the gross written premiums (GWPs) to increase by 5% year-on-year (YoY) from the total contract value.

 

The company further estimated that this contract will have a positive impact on its financial results for 2020, indicating that there are no related parties.
