Tadawul announces joining of first group of derivatives exchange members

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced that the first group of derivatives exchange members has completed all regulatory and technical requirements to become members of the Tadawul’s derivatives market.

 

The members will have the right to conduct brokerage services for derivatives trading and deal as a principal and as an agent in Tadawul as follows:

 

‒ Derayah Financial Company

 

‒ HSBC Saudi Arabia

 

‒ NCB Capital Company

 

‒ SAMBA Capital & Investment Management Company

 

‒ Saudi Fransi Capital Company

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Tadawul will launch the derivatives market on Aug. 30, 2020, and the MT30 Index futures will be traded as the first derivatives product in the market.

 

Trading in the market will take place during official working days in four sessions.
