Saudi Arabia records 910 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday

Saudi Arabia recorded 910 new COVID-19 cases today, Aug. 30 bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 314,821, the Ministry of Health said.

 

Recoveries reached 1,226, raising the total number of recovered cases to 289,667 (92% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 30 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 3,870.

 

Active cases totaled 21,284, of which 1,545 cases are critical.

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 66 each, followed by Jeddah (64), Riyadh (45), and Madinah (41).

 

The Kingdom conducted 37,466 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 5.06 million.
