Saudi Arabia records 435 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 435 new COVID-19 cases today, Oct. 29 bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 346,482, the Ministry of Health said.

 

Recoveries reached 455, raising the total number of recovered cases to 333,000 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 15 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 5,363.

 

Active cases totaled 8,114, of which 776 cases are critical.

 

Madinah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 47 each, followed by Makkah and Riyadh (46), Yanbu (33), Khamis Mushait (26), as well as Hofuf and Hail with 19.

 

The Kingdom conducted 55,907 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 7.95 million.
