Arabian Pipes shareholders to vote on amending bylaws Nov. 23

Arabian Pipes Co. shareholders are set to vote on amending the company’s bylaws, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 23, 2020.

 

They will vote on amending several articles including articles related to the company’s objective, partnership and ownership, duration, selling unpaid stocks, stocks trading, owning company’s shares, debt instruments and financing sukuk, increasing and decreasing capital in addition to powers and remuneration of the board of directors, financial documents and dividend distribution.

 

Shareholders will be able to participate and vote on agenda items through Tadawulaty services as of Nov. 19.
