Ash-Sharqiyah starts e-voting for OGM as of Nov. 27

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. will start on Friday, Nov. 27, adopting electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Dec. 1, 2020, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

 

Shareholders will vote on the formation of the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term, starting on Dec. 1, 2020 and ending on July 19, 2023.

 

They will also vote on determining the remuneration and duties for the committee members.
