Lazurde shareholders to start e-voting on EGM agenda as of Dec. 18

Lazurde Co. for Jewelry's shareholders will e-vote on amending Article No. 18 of the company’s bylaws, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Dec. 22, 2020, according to a bourse statement.

 

The amendment includes reducing the board members from nine to seven, starting from April 26, 2021, to ensure that most board members are independent in order to have a more effective board structure.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services may vote on the EGM agenda items online, starting from Dec. 18, 2020.
