The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF) said its board of directors appointed Raad Bin Ghaith Al-Barakati, a non-executive board member, as vice chairman of the board, according to a bourse statement.
The board also appointed Ahmed bin Ahmed as chairman of the governance committee.
The appointments will run until the end of the current board session -- April 7, 2021 -- and they came after a no-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), the statement said.
