Southern Cement shareholders elect new board of directors

The ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held by Southern Province Cement Co. approved on Dec. 24, 2020, the election of new members in its board of directors for 3 years.

 

The three-year term will begin on Jan. 1, 2021, and end on Dec. 31, 2023, it said in a bourse filing.

 

The new members are:

 

- Hamad bin S. Al-bazi (The Public Pension Agency (PPA) representative).

 

- Abdullah bin Naser Abuthnain (The General Organization for Social Insurance representative).

 

- Mansour bin Abdulaziz Al Saghir (Public Investment Fund (PIF) representative).

 

- Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Qaed (PIF representative).

 

- Majid bin Khalid Al-Assaf (PIF representative).

 

- Jasser bin Abdullah Al-Jasser (PPA representative).

 

- Mohammed bin Nasir Al-Nabit.

 

- Ahmed Ali Al-Luhidan.

 

- Thamer bin Mohammed bin Muqhem Al-Muhaid.
