Jabal Omar opens board membership nominations today

Jabal Omar Development Co. opened the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting June 30, 2021.

Applicants can submit an application for nomination from Jan. 3, 2021 until Feb. 28, 2021, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The nominations will be in accordance with the policies, standards and procedures of the board of directors’ membership approved by the general assembly and related rules and regulations.

Candidates will be elected at the next general assembly meeting, which will be announced at a later time, the statement added.
