Saudi Arabia records 216 COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 216 COVID-19 cases today, Jan. 27, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 367,023, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 205, raising the total number of recovered cases to 358,545 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 2,115, of which 348 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported four new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,363.

 

A total of 46,333 new laboratory tests were conducted in the Kingdom, increasing the total number of COVID-19 tests to 12.13 million.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 84, followed by Eastern Province (45), Makkah (43), Najran (9) and Asir (8).
