Saudi Arabia records 253 COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 253 COVID-19 cases today, Jan. 28, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 367,276, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 208, raising the total number of recovered cases to 358,753 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported three new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,366.

 

Active cases totaled 2,157 , of which 362 cases are critical.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 85, followed by Eastern Province (66), Makkah (50), Northern Borders (13) and Al-Baha with seven.

 

The Kingdom conducted 45,115 tests, bringing up its total number to 12.17 million.
