9 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

 

1) Arabian Centres Co. and Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. signed an agreement to acquire 51% of an e-commerce platform for SAR 138 million.

 

2) Southern Province Cement Co.’s board of directors recommended a 25% cash dividend for the second half of 2020, at SAR 2.5 per share, amounting to SAR 350 million.

 

3) Alinma Bank’s board of directors recommended a 3% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 0.30 per share after deducting Zakat, amounting to SAR 596.12 million.

 

4) Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors recommended withholding dividend for the fiscal year 2020.

 

5) Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. expects to complete all regulatory formalities to acquire an additional 35% stake in its subsidiary, Integrated Production Company for Audiovisual Media Production, on April 1, 2021.

 

6) Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al-Rajhi Takaful) reported a net profit before Zakat of SAR 251.9 million in 2020.

 

7) Fitaihi Holding Group announced that the total value of selling its 9% stake in Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. is SAR 200 million.

 

8) The board of directors of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund approved increasing the fund’s total asset value by SAR 370 million to buy a target new real estate asset in Riyadh.

 

9) Brent crude on Thursday gained 19 cents to reach $64.26 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 18 cents to reach $61.46/bbl.
