Saudi Arabia amends localization rates in maintenance, operation contracting starting today

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) will start amending the localization rates in the maintenance and operation contracting activities under Nitaqat program as of today, March 14.

 

According to Nasser Al-Hazzani, the spokesperson for the HRSD, this move comes in line with the ministry’s previous decision.

 

Under the decision, which was issued on Oct. 27, 2020, localization rates in the maintenance and operation contracting activities will be increased by 3% based on the establishment size and scope.
