Saudi Arabia records 393 COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 393 COVID-19 cases today, March 17, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 383,499, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 231, raising the total number of recovered cases to 373,361 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 3,553, of which 566 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported seven new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,585.

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 50,403 new tests, bringing up the total number of laboratory tests to 14.46 million.

 

More than 2.56 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine were administered in the Kingdom to date.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 144, followed by Eastern Province (80), Makkah (70), Northern Borders (25), and Hail (16).
